Your role, your impact



As a Specialist, Training, you'll be responsible for delivering client solutions in person or virtually to meet business goals. You'll ensure the success of Alithya's Digital Adoption division by supporting and implementing adoption solutions within our Client Learning Services team.


Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.



Your day-to-day



Develop comprehensive training solutions tailored to project needs; Manage projects within the required timelines to ensure successful delivery; Communicate with precision, influence, and clear articulation; Understand and adapt to the needs of learners effectively; Collaborate with internal teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery; Apply creativity to handle spontaneous situations efficiently; Identify, measure, and evaluate learner competence and outcomes; Manage solutions, records, and documentation in compliance with internal and client standards; Acquire and maintain intermediate knowledge of core and supplemental applications; Create engaging and effective training content for various delivery methods and platforms, including guides, videos, and Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials; Deliver live training with clarity and confidence as needed; Design, develop, and deliver adoption solutions for key stakeholders and end users.

Keys to your success



Bachelor's degree; Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform, or equivalent; Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP); Advanced computer skills including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Demonstrated success and genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with clients and team members; Ability to develop and deliver training presentations and materials, adhering to the principles of Adult Learning Theory; Ability to quickly learn new systems for training purposes; Strong team-facing communication skills; Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with clients outside of Quebec.
