As the Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics Specialist, you will support the Director, Total Rewards & Workplace Analytics in ensuring competitive Total Rewards programs. Your role requires attention to detail, judgment and result-orientation. You will compile, analyze and calculate data, participate in creating value-added analyses to leadership, facilitate timely payment of required invoices, maintain up-to-date information on legislative requirements and provide recommendations as a result, ensure the accuracy and relevant of employee-facing materials, manage records according to records management requirements, improve efficiencies of how Total Rewards is managed and provide required information to Finance in a timely manner.

HERE\xe2\x80\x99S HOW YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Participate in market data surveys and then analyze and interpret results
  • Conduct impact analysis of proposed changes to Total Rewards offerings
  • Update and/or download information to enable the completion of monthly and quarterly requirements for Finance, Sales, payroll and vendors (includes updating accruals, providing required employee information)
  • Ensure that Workday reports are updated to user needs while maintaining the highest degree of standardization and leveraging FA resources as required
  • Participate in the efforts to enable incentive calculations, approvals and ensuing communications to employees, and ensure that information is shared with payroll on a timely basis
  • Participate the job evaluation process and act as the back-up to the Total Rewards Advisor in terms of ensuring the appropriate updates to Workday
  • Manage invoices related to vendors in the Total Rewards space
  • Ensure records are managed according to policy
  • Identify and act on opportunities to leverage best practices that improve the experience for our internal partners while ensuring efficiencies
HERE\xe2\x80\x99S WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING:
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to question the status quo
  • Team player who also has a strong attention to detail and demonstrates accountability, objectivity and discretion
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (e.g., to explain complex calculations in an easily understandable way)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products are required, experience with Workday would be an asset
  • Minimum of two (2) years of analytical and/or compensation and benefits experience
  • Post-secondary education with a business focus preferred, or Certified Compensation Professional and/or Certified Benefits Professional, or equivalent experience
