Just like that.\xe2\x84\xa2Ready to Make an impact?We are seeking a Specialist, Retail Media to join our marketing team at Voila. As a key point of contact, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth through our retail media programs, bringing to life full-funnel advertising solutions for brands across categories. Leveraging your skills in digital advertising and e-commerce, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize brand visibility and support your client\xe2\x80\x99s business through Voila web properties and other digital marketing channels. You will bring digital advertising expertise to your clients with the primary goal of increasing adoption of Voila\xe2\x80\x99s retail media solutions.Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:

• Collaborate with Manager, Retail Media to showcase Voila\xe2\x80\x99s data and advertising solutions to vendors in supporting their businesses.
• Expand retail media advertising revenue by leveraging digital expertise on owned digital channels.
• Coordinate and review upcoming programs for the vendor marketing schedule with the Merchandising team, emphasizing opportunities for retail media activations.
• Lead the cross-platform development, activation, measurement, and media optimization of all retail media investments with the aim of converting Voila shoppers into buyers.
• Develop and maintain overall vendor marketing campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Manage back and forth revisions and design changes requested on assets between 4 and 8 weeks before campaign goes live.
• Flag any innovation needed as part of an activation and working with the cross functional team to have online on time.
• Act as a SME on Voila\xe2\x80\x99s retail media offerings.
• Escalate any risks or conflicts as they arise and ensuring all key stakeholders are kept visible of opportunities and resolutions as needed.
• Establish and track the appropriate KPIs to ensure we consistent optimization of campaigns.
• Provide accurate data and analysis to supplier partners in a timely manner post campaign.
• Create and provide insertion orders to vendors and collect the signed copies for finance.

What you have to offer:

• At least 2 years experience in retail media or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and advertising technology, online retail platforms and opportunities for retail media placements.
• Ability to leverage data to create performance insights, build programs for brands to connect with customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Experience in grocery e-commerce is an asset.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of overall digital trends and resources.
