This role is at the heart of our business, ensuring the successful execution of our online advertising campaigns. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working closely with various teams, managing campaign setups, monitoring performance, and optimizing strategies to drive results. Your day-to-day
Daily optimization and management of campaigns within individual Ad Platforms
Work across business units to vet, prioritize, and enable new ad products and revenue-driving initiatives
Work with internal teams to execute needed ad tagging changes, implement products, or enrich technologies to improve advertising offerings
Work proactively and collaboratively to ensure and validate campaign success
Analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations
Troubleshoot escalated campaign issues
Act as key resource for ad hoc questions from internal teams
Collaborate on inventory management
Provide daily, weekly and monthly campaign report
Your qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Media and Digital Ad Operations
Experience with Hivestack, GAM, or other related ad tech
Familiarity with online ad serving concepts (CPM, occasions/Play, etc.)
Exceptional relationship management and communications (written and verbal) with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for emerging media and technology
Must have the ability to multitask and think creatively in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to self-manage time and complete commitments
