The Process and Planning Specialist will actively Support the Director, Go-to-Market with process, technology and data to ensure an efficient and effective workflow for the business

Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:

Process

• Optimize cross-functional collaboration and speed-to-market through continuous process improvement
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate discussions regarding Own Brands processes, data management and reporting
• Support the Own Brands team and external stakeholders with guidance on data flow, reporting and expert on the Own Brands product lifecycle management system (the HUB)
• Become the point person on the HUB \xe2\x80\x93 including upgrades, training, reporting, trouble shooting, liaise with 3rd party support

Technology

• Responsible for the performance and management of the HUB
• Liaise with third-party HUB support provider OPAL, and leverage their services related to the HUB when required
• Support the development and maintenance of a reference document repository on Share Point
• Translate the needs of the business into tools and technology solutions, including identification, development and testing

Data

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align Own Brands product data flow with National Brands, Voila and other business functions
• Ensure clean, reliable and consistent data within Own Brands; establish clear guardrails for Own Brands team members to maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with business teams to determine and publish Own Brands reference materials
• Periodic data extraction and distribution using a variety of platforms including Oracle, SAP, and Excel primarily

What you have to offer:

• Working experience with process, technology and data in a development and implementation capacity
• Experience with process and project management considered an asset
• Experience managing ORBC (the HUB) or other product lifecycle management database considered an asset
• Experience working in a retail private label environment preferred
• Advanced skills working with Microsoft 365 products (Excel and Share Point in particular) considered an asset
• Business process certification not required but considered an asset
