The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting initiatives and processes for the Financial Centre (FC) Premises team within the Operations Enablement & Improvement team including leading and/or executing on a variety of projects in addition to administrative and foundational team support such as training, scheduling, budget process, business cases, etc.
The incumbent will partner with variety of business leads and stakeholders in the Distribution & Channel Management (D&CM) organization in order to support to Sun Life Distribution, Prospr, and IID \xe2\x80\x93 including advisors, leaders, staff, and Clients.
This individual will proactively identify opportunities to develop and implement consistent processes, business support and training for Financial Centre teams as required.
The position reports directly to the Director, FC Premises & Infrastructure
What will you do?
Leads / participates on specific projects to develop policies and practices and build capability across D&CM Operations Enablement & Improvement
Supports enablement of Regional Operation teams on implementing national policies and practices across D&CM including initial and ongoing operational policy training to field teams
Provides cross-functional support across all Operations Enablement & Improvement, including Operational Management, Operational Improvement, Operational Excellence, and FC Premises mandates
Support questions and inquiries received in team inboxes, primarily FC Premises (advisor workspace agreements, process inquiries, procedures, policies, etc. \xe2\x80\x93 will also support to BRADM, Incident, Record inboxes
Partners with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) to support projects, work orders and ongoing maintenance of Financial Centres
Partners with finance as a point of contact on FC Premises expenses
Supports and maintains digital advisor workspace agreements

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
