Organizational Change Management Team - Who We Are:
Partnering across the enterprise, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team resides within the CIO organization. The OCM team works to enable and accelerate business priorities, business case realization and transformation efforts, through an integrated suite of services focused on change, communications, process and capability building.
Our mandate is to enable business excellence in the management and successful delivery of projects through change management, communications, process and overall business principles, approaches and activities.
Specialist, OCM Position Summary:
In this role, you will build strong relationships across the Celestica organization while delivering transformational and sustained change on initiatives of varying size, scale, and complexity.
As a specialist, you will work in a collaborative form in the design and delivery of change, communications and process management interventions. Reporting through Global Supply Chain but under the direction of the Director, Business Excellence, you will work closely with team members across the organization, as well as work independently and confidently, to manage your own workload. You\'ll be able to understand program priorities and stakeholder requirements as well as design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs. As a specialist, your day-to-day work will be guided by the Sr. Manager, Business Excellence.
