Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our clients, a non-profit organization.
Under the direction of the accountant, your responsibilities will be :
- Month-end process at the accounts receivable level
- Prepare invoices for various internal and external clients
- Collaborate with the billing, operations and sales department
- Perform collection as needed
- Follow-up on accounts receivable
- Cash receipts
- Apply payment in the accounting system
- Follow up on sales
- Perform related tasks
