The Role





Cameco's supply chain management (SCM) department is looking for a seasoned professional to provide leadership and best practice in system implementation, ongoing support, analytics and master data. In this role you will lead SCM functional areas in improvement initiatives related to digitalization through change management activities ensuring that changes are successfully executed, communicated and integrated with existing processes. This role will partake in industry benchmarking to promote continual improvement and innovation within SCM to meet Cameco's strategic corporate objectives.


In this role, you will:



Support and maintain SAP S/4 and SAP components including Outline Agreements, Material Masters, table structures, and SAP GUI Contribute to SAP support pack implementation through test script development, execution, and peer training Taking ownership of supply chain tools and their development and continuous improvement Experience with e-procurement platforms, online catalogue systems, and SAP integration with digital tools Enable integration and analysis using tools such as SAP Signavio, Robotic Process Automations and GIB to enhance supply chain system performance Ensure supply chain compliance by developing and maintaining governance frameworks, standardized processes, and robust internal controls Support analytics initiatives including departmental KPI tracking, annual, monthly and periodic performance reporting, and ad hoc data requests, utilizing infographics and dashboards to communicate insights effectively Working with functional areas, identify and document gaps in supply chain process documentation, contributing to improved system clarity, consistency, and audit readiness Support supply chain risk management activities by contributing to system-level controls, data integrity efforts, and compliance monitoring Drive digital transformation by implementing scalable solutions for master data management and process automation. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance ERP system capabilities and ensure alignment with governance standards. Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to support strategic planning and operational excellence. Expertise in supply chain data governance and master data management.



Required:




A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or in a related field Five to eight years of supply chain experience Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered Certification in Lean green belt, Six Sigma black belt, SCMP, PMP, CPIM or Change Management Experience with SAP or similar ERP system



Recommended:




System experience, implementation and support of SAP S/4, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, Master Data Governance, OCI Catalogs, Outline Agreements, ISN and/or Contractor Management software Proficiency in Power BI or analytics platforms and reporting tools for developing strategic dashboards and actionable visual analytics Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in supply chain operations. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives effectively.
