We help our business partners in the primary and secondary sectors to be more efficient and competitive by reducing their total operating costs.Some of the responsibilities:

• Conduct spend analysis across all global subsidiaries
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize contract terms
• Lead the cost reduction initiatives
• Develops global commodity strategies for commodities in support of all subsidiaries
• Liaise with all required departments (Quality, Engineering, Legal) to gain support for negotiations

If you have:

• Bachelor's in business administration, Law, Engineering, or other related degree

Minimum 5 years experience in of technical Sourcing, contract drafting and negotiating is required

• Experience in multi-site manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge of Sourcing best practices
• Knowledge of castings, forgings, and machining is an asset
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (LN an asset)
• Excellent knowledge of commercial contracts is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong ability to learn
