CCG is comprised of two automobile clubs-CAA South Central Ontario and CAA Manitoba- that provide Roadside Assistance, travel, insurance service and Member savings for our 2.4 million Members. Our organization also includes CAA Insurance Company, a national property and casualty insurance company, Orion Travel Insurance, a nationwide trusted travel insurer, Echelon Insurance, a leading specialty insurer and CCG Advisory Services, a company that provides Ontarians with trusted advice on life, critical illness, and disability insurance. CCG employs over 2,000 Associates across Canada.

Position Details

What you will do:

• Manage relationships with external suppliers to aid ongoing design and development to the Intranet site.
• Engage and advise internal clients on the creation and delivery of communication strategies.
• Provide advice on the most effective digital approach to support overall corporate communication strategies.
• Upload content and maintain CCG\'s news channels.
• Collaborate with communication consultants to help bring internal campaigns to life.
• Through site analytics, provide insight to management and content publishers on the performance on content/sites and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
• Assisting with content / functionality testing and user experience improvements.
• Optimizing search functions with training and work on meta tagging.
• Developing training guides for content owners, authors, and contributors.

Who You Are:

• University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Media Studies.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
• Knowledge of information design and layout principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Project management experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in development of online communications plans.
• Experience managing multiple vendor relationships.
• Solid understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated excellence in Interpersonal effectiveness and analytical thinking.
