ABOUT THE ROLE



Reporting to the Lead, Change Management - ERP Project, this position is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition and adoption of our new ERP solution across the Region. This includes designing and implementing effective change management strategies and plans, including executing multi-faceted communications with stakeholders, monitoring and reporting the impact of change, and ensuring the smooth transition to the new solution.




WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



Create and manage detailed change management plans, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans. Conduct impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, and change readiness assessments. Support Change Lead in ensuring smooth transitions by identifying potential challenges, creating plans to mitigate risks, and supporting stakeholders through the change process. Identify potential areas of resistance to change and develop counter strategies to reduce resistance and foster positive acceptance and adoption. Collaborate with People, Equity and Culture on project changes related to labour relations, ensuring confidentiality through development and implementation. Work with Communications Advisor to support the development and distribution of timely and relevant communications regarding change initiatives. Conduct Change Readiness Assessments, analyze results and implement mitigation strategies to prepare for roll out of solution. Define, assemble, manage and maintain a Change Champion Network to support the adoption and optimization of the solution. Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Monitor and track effectiveness of change intervention initiatives, reporting to leaders and adjusting as needed. Create and maintain a change dashboard for leadership reporting. Work with the training team to support the design and delivery of training for change initiatives. Facilitate change management focus groups and workshops as needed. Participate in change network groups such as Change Champions and Super Users, to support end users' adoption of new ways of working in their business units.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



Successful completion of a University Degree in a related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years' experience in change management supporting large-scale IT transformations, with a strong preference for ERP system implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle). Professional designation(s) related to change management (PROSCI or equivalent) is required. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a range of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on fostering collaborative work relationships. Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships across all organizational levels. Proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-faceted communications plan. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
