RESPONSABILITIES



Coordination of sales team events & trade shows that VOSKER or SPYPOINT participate in. Acts as key liaison between the marketing brand team & customer advisory center. Coordinate rebrand-related tasks between internal teams and communicate with external partners when required. Coordination of new packaging research with internal teams, external suppliers & offshore printers, in partnership with brand directors. Adaptation of social media strategy from the North American Team for the European market social channels. Support our internal communications team for special corporate events. Leads monthly reporting & analysis for the brand team. Coordinate other special projects and administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Experience coordinating special events, such as tradeshows. Experience in developing packaging. Experience working with Salesforce, PowerPoint & Excel. Experience working with Canva is an asset. Experience working with TRELLO, JIRA or any project management tool is an asset. Experience working with a creative team to brief project collateral.

Experience with planning & scheduling content for social media channels
