Job Summary

We are looking for a child caregiver to care for a 13-year-old boy with autism.

The boy is active, he can be aggressive at times, so we require patience from the candidate and experience in working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene. Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social interaction and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom or childcare environment. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners is beneficial. Experience supporting children with disabilities is a plus, showcasing an ability to educate and adapt to diverse needs.
