About the Role




We're currently seeking a

Territory Sales Representative

to cover the Victoria and Vancouver Island region. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and building long-term relationships to grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities



Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions. Increase sales by optimizing product selection and introducing new products. Support customers with merchandising updates and product information. Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and services. Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required. Prepare proposals, sales packages, and expense reports. Keep customer records and prospect lists up to date. Provide input to help shape development strategies and marketing plans. Keep customers informed on product enhancements, changes, and innovations.

What You Bring



College degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar role. Experience in wholesale distribution to industrial manufacturers (cabinet and millwork shops, door and window shops, casework, hospitality furniture, architectural woodwork, etc.). Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with daily customer visits across the territory.
