Votre travail consistera \xc3\xa0 travailler \xc3\xa9troitement avec nos partenaires m\xc3\xa9dias, nos strat\xc3\xa8ges et nos clients afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'achats performantes sur tous les m\xc3\xa9dias. Vous serez \xc3\xa9galement appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper des partenariats de contenu et des projets de cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 en collaboration avec l\'ensemble de nos partenaires (agences de cr\xc3\xa9ation et clients).Responsabilit\xc3\xa9sInvestissement m\xc3\xa9dia:

  • Achats m\xc3\xa9dia et n\xc3\xa9gociation de tarifs en TV, radio, OOH, web premium, imprim\xc3\xa9;
  • \xc3\x89valuation, d\xc3\xa9veloppement, achat et n\xc3\xa9gociation de projets de contenu, commandite, cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 sur tous les m\xc3\xa9dias;
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper des relations avec nos partenaires m\xc3\xa9dias;
  • Optimiser les campagnes publicitaires, pr\xc3\xa9 et post analyse, participation aux post mortems;
  • Travailler de concert avec les strat\xc3\xa8ges et le trade desk pour mettre en march\xc3\xa9 les campagnes;
  • Gestion des contrats, suivi des investissements m\xc3\xa9dias, de la facturation et des BCR;
  • Suivre les tendances des m\xc3\xa9dias en ligne et hors ligne (\xc3\xa9missions de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9vision, magazines, blogs, programmes de radio), toujours se tenir \xc3\xa0 jour sur les nouveaux m\xc3\xa9dias.

Qualifications
  • 3 \xc3\xa0 4 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience (ou plus) en achat m\xc3\xa9dia sur tous les canaux m\xc3\xa9diatiques nationaux;
  • Une connaissance profonde du march\xc3\xa9 Canadien anglophone;
  • Expert dans l\'utilisation des outils de mesure et de gestion d\'inventaire m\xc3\xa9dias (Comscore, Radius, Infosys, MediaOcean, Prisma, COMMB data report);
  • Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des m\xc3\xa9thodes d\'achat en ligne/ automatis\xc3\xa9es pour les m\xc3\xa9dias hors ligne;
  • Connaissance avanc\xc3\xa9e des meilleures pratiques d\'optimisation des achats;
  • Int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat marqu\xc3\xa9 et connaissances de base des m\xc3\xa9dias num\xc3\xa9riques de performance;
  • Connaissance de base des plateformes de gestion de donn\xc3\xa9es (DMPs);
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise d\'Excel, de Microsoft Office et de Google;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en alimentation ou CPG;

Your role will involve working closely with our media partners, strategists, and clients to develop effective buying strategies across all media. You will also be called upon to develop content partnerships and creative projects in collaboration with all our partners (creative agencies and clients).ResponsibilitiesMedia Investment:
  • Media buying and rate negotiation in TV, radio, OOH, premium web, print.
  • Evaluation, development, purchase, and negotiation of content projects, sponsorships, and creativity across all media;
  • Develop relationships with our media partners;
  • Optimize advertising campaigns, pre- and post-analysis, participation in post-mortems;
  • Work closely with strategists and the trade desk to bring campaigns to market;
  • Manage contracts, monitor media investments, billing, and BCR;
  • Follow trends in online and offline media (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs), always staying updated on new media.
Related Tasks:
  • Contribute to the ongoing training of the investment team;
  • Contribute to the improvement of work processes;
  • Help improve the agency\'s product;
  • Specifically support the team of strategists and traders located in Toronto.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years (or more) of experience in media buying across all national media channels;
  • Deep knowledge of the English-speaking Canadian market;
  • Expertise in the use of media measurement and inventory management tools (Comscore, Radius, Infosys, MediaOcean, Prisma, COMMB data report);
  • Good understanding of online/automated buying methods for offline media;
  • Advanced knowledge of best optimization practices;
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of digital performance media;
  • Basic knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs);
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google;
  • Experience in food or CPG;
  • Bilingual (English, French) or unilingual English.
