ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in this pivotal role as Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist. In this role, you'll be leading all strategy, planning, and execution of Digital Paid Media deliverables whilst working directly with clients to bring their complex ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms tailored to each client's business goals and budget
Create and maintain paid media roadmaps with clear KPIs, ROAS targets, and scalability milestones
Build full-funnel campaign strategies balancing brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
Identify new opportunities for paid growth across emerging platforms and ad formats
Campaign Implementation & Optimization
Set up, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns including search, shopping, Performance Max, and display networks
Manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Execute advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation across all channels
Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments
Implement dynamic remarketing and customer match strategies for improved conversion rates
E-commerce & Feed Management
Optimize product feeds for Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, and other shopping platforms
Manage merchant center accounts and troubleshoot feed issues
Develop shopping campaign structures for maximum profitability and scale
Implement promotional strategies and seasonal campaign adjustments
Work within Google Merchant Center and client eCommerce feeds to ensure consistency in content and connection in platforms
Tracking & Technical Implementation
Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking across all platforms
Implement enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, and first-party data strategies
Configure custom conversions, events, and audience pixels across all advertising platforms
Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems
Set up conversion value rules and offline conversion imports for full-funnel attribution
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations
Create comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports showing ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities
Develop attribution models and analyze cross-channel performance
Forecast spend, conversions, and revenue based on historical data and market trends
Client Management
Serve as the primary paid media point of contact for assigned portfolios
Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and growth recommendations to clients
Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Manage client expectations around performance, budgets, and market conditions
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of paid media experience with 2+ years in an agency environment managing multiple clients, preferably in Healthcare or CPG
Proven track record managing both DTC e-commerce and B2B lead generation campaigns
Expert proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads
Advanced experience with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social platforms
Extensive hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 setup, and conversion tracking implementation
Strong understanding of server-side tracking, Conversion API, and enhanced conversions setup
Demonstrated success improving ROAS, reducing CAC, and scaling profitable campaigns
Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $10K to $100K
Proficiency in feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similar)
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and bulk campaign management
Experience with attribution platforms and marketing analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities
Project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple client deliverables
