Le ou la

Specialiste TI





sera responsable d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre environnement technologique et travaillera sous la direction du

CTO de l'entreprise





. A ce role principal s'ajoutent certaines responsabilites liees a la vie de bureau, pour lesquelles la personne collaborera directement avec la

Directrice RH





afin d'assurer une fluidite au quotidien.

Responsabilites principales




Volet TI :


Offrir un

support technique




de premier et deuxieme niveau aux employees (Windows, Linux, Mac, peripheriques, outils SaaS).
Gerer l'installation, la configuration et la maintenance des postes de travail et equipements (PC, laptops, telephones, materiel audiovisuel, equipement de securite). Administrer les comptes utilisateurtrices, acces et licences (Google Workspace, SSO, outils internes). Gerer le reseau interne (Wi-Fi, routeurs, controle d'acces). Assurer la

securite des systemes




(mises a jour, antivirus, correctifs, surveillance).
Documenter les procedures TI et former les employees au besoin. Gerer l'onboarding et l'offboarding technique des employees. Gerer l'inventaire du materiel informatique et effectuer les achats necessaires. Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus et de l'infrastructure TI internes.

Volet Office Management :


Contribuer a la

fluidite du bureau




et au bien-etre de l'equipe au quotidien.
Collaborer directement avec la

Directrice RH




pour coordonner certaines activites et initiatives liees a la vie de bureau.
Soutenir l'organisation d'evenements internes, la gestion des fournitures et l'accueil des invitees. Etre une personne-ressource fiable, proactive et soucieuse de rendre le travail de tous plus simple.

Qualifications requises




DEP, DEC ou baccalaureat en informatique, reseautique ou equivalent.

5+ ans d'experience




en support technique ou administration TI.
Competences en reseaux (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, pare-feu). Familiarite avec les environnements cloud (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS un atout). Excellente capacite de communication en francais et en anglais. Grande

fiabilite




, autonomie et initiative pour anticiper les besoins.
Forte orientation service, avec le desir d'aider les autres et de simplifier leur quotidien.

Atouts




Experience dans une PME ou scale-up technologique. Connaissance des pratiques de cybersecurite. Experience avec des outils de gestion de tickets (Jira, Hubspot, etc.).

The

IT Specialist





will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology environment, working primarily under the guidance of the

CTO





. In addition, the role includes office management responsibilities, where the person will collaborate directly with the

HR Director





to ensure smooth office operations.



This is an

on-site position in Montreal





, with the possibility of

variable work-from-home flexibility





based on needs.


Key Responsibilities




IT Responsibilities:


Provide

first and second-level technical support




to employees (Windows, Linux, Mac, peripherals, SaaS tools).
Install, configure, and maintain workstations and equipment (PCs, laptops, phones, audiovisual equipment, security devices). Manage user accounts, access, and licenses (Google Workspace, SSO, internal tools). Oversee and maintain the internal network (Wi-Fi, routers, access control). Ensure

system security




(updates, antivirus, patches, monitoring).
Document IT procedures and train employees as needed. Manage technical onboarding and offboarding of employees. Handle IT inventory and necessary purchases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and infrastructure.

Office Management Responsibilities:


Support the

smooth daily operations




of the office and contribute to employee well-being.
Collaborate directly with the

HR Director




to coordinate office-related activities and initiatives.
Assist with internal events, supplies management, and welcoming guests. Act as a

Required Qualifications:




Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.

5+ years of experience




in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls). Familiarity with cloud environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS a plus). Excellent communication skills in both French and English. High
