Job Summary





We are actively seeking a Benefits and Compensation Specialist. The incumbent will be based at our office in Anjou.



As the Canadian Benefits & Compensation Specialist, you will play a central role in the orientation, coordination and administration of our Canadian Benefits and Compensation plans.




In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the annual cycles and be the key resource for alignment, governance and compliance of the plans and the main contact for all internal customers. You will also be the main contact with the service providers, brokers and advisors.




In this position you'll collaborate closely with the HR and Payroll teams across Canada and will support the Canadian business until, its leaders and employees on Benefits and Compensation.




Responsibilities



Plans Governance and compliance

: Coordinate the annual review of the plan with our external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ongoing monitoring of the plan to ensure compliance with rules, regulations and policies.

Relationship Management

: Manage relationship with our Benefits and Retirement Suppliers and with our brokers and advisors. Act as liaison between the Business Units and the Suppliers as appropriate and actively participate in problem solving.

Data and Process Management

: Responsible for maintaining accurate data in our systems and insuring consistent and aligned administration processes across the Canadian Organization. Participate with system implementation or improvement initiatives related to Benefits and Compensation. Ensure a good employee experience.

Education and training

: Identify education and training needs and implement delivery of appropriate solutions for employees, management, payroll and HR.

HR Support

: Provide support to HR across Canadian Business Units regarding Compensation and benefits inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Compensation:

Align Canadian pay structure and guidelines with Global and APG orientations. Ensure compliance with Pay Equity regulations and prepare reporting.


Requirements



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related area of study Significant experience coordinating Benefits and Compensation plans Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian Benefits and Compensation Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively Detail oriented and committed to data integrity and accuracy French and English, spoken and written. Duties require bilingualism given the nature of the company's operations, which extend across Canada. Good knowledge of Workday platform - an asset

Responsabilites



Gouvernance des plans et conformite

: Coordonner l'examen annuel du plan avec nos fournisseurs externes et parties prenantes internes. Surveillance continue du plan afin d'assurer le respect des regles, reglements et politiques.

Gestion des relations

: Gerez la relation avec nos fournisseurs d'avantages sociaux et de retraite ainsi qu'avec nos courtiers et conseillers. Agir comme intermediaire entre les unites d'affaires et les fournisseurs selon le besoin et participer activement a la resolution de problemes.

Gestion des donnees et des processus

: Responsable de maintenir des donnees precises dans nos systemes et d'assurer des processus administratifs coherents et alignes a travers l'organisation canadienne. Participer a la mise en oeuvre ou a des initiatives d'amelioration du systeme liees aux avantages sociaux et a la remuneration. Assurer une bonne experience employe.

Education et formation

: Identifier les besoins en education et formation et mettre en oeuvre des solutions appropriees pour les employes, la direction, la paie et les RH.

Soutien RH

: Fournir du soutien aux RH dans toutes les unites d'affaires canadiennes concernant les demandes de remuneration et d'avantages sociaux, en resolvant les problemes rapidement et efficacement.

Remuneration :

Aligner la structure et les lignes directrices salariales canadiennes avec les orientations mondiales et du GPA. Assurez-vous de respecter les reglements sur l'equite salariale et preparez des rapports.


Exigences



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine d'etudes connexe Experience significative en coordination des regimes d'avantages sociaux et de remuneration Connaissance approfondie des avantages sociaux et de la remuneration au Canada Excellentes competences en communication et capacite a travailler en collaboration Capacite a travailler de facon autonome, a prioriser plusieurs responsabilites et a gerer son temps efficacement Axe sur les details et engage envers l'integrite et la precision des donnees Francais et anglais, parle et ecrit. Les taches requierent le bilinguisme etant donne la nature des operations de l'entreprise qui s'etendent partout au Canada. Bonne connaissance de la plateforme Workday - un atout
