Specialiste du Service a la Clientele

Ce que vous ferez



Gerer un groupe de clients pour l'ensemble des services, y compris les conteneurs, LTL/FTL, l'entrepot sous douane (sufferance) et l'entreposage general, en assurant un soutien operationnel fluide et une satisfaction client optimale Offrir un service client exceptionnel en resolvant efficacement les problemes et en maintenant une communication solide entre les besoins des clients et les operations internes Prendre les rendez-vous pour les services dedies et coordonner la logistique avec les departements internes et les entrepots externes Suivre et tracer les expeditions, en fournissant des mises a jour ponctuelles sur le statut des livraisons et les performances de ponctualite Preparer des rapports quotidiens et des revues de performance a l'aide d'outils web et Excel, en assurant l'exactitude des donnees et des analyses exploitables Effectuer une saisie de donnees precise et maintenir les dossiers d'expedition pour une tracabilite complete Gerer la facturation et conseiller les clients sur les frais accessoires tels que les temps d'attente et les frais de detention Veiller au respect des politiques et procedures de l'entreprise tout en executant toutes les taches administratives et operationnelles connexes

Ce que nous recherchons



+1 an d'experience dans un poste similaire Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de patience Capacites multitaches Professionnalisme et sens de l'organisation Capacite a trouver des solutions efficaces pour resoudre les problemes rapidement Orientation client et resultats Bonnes competences informatiques (Excel, Word, etc.) Bilingue (francais et anglais)

What you will be doing



Manage a group of clients across all service lines, including container, LTL/FTL, sufferance, and general warehousing, ensuring seamless operational support and customer satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong communication that bridges client needs with internal operations Book appointments for dedicated services and coordinate logistics with internal departments and external warehouses Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates on delivery status and on-time performance metrics Prepare daily reports and performance reviews using web tools and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment records for full traceability Handle invoicing and advise customers on ancillary charges such as waiting time and detention fees Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while executing all related administrative and operational tasks

What we are looking for



+1 year experience in a similar position Demonstrate a high level of patience and ability to pivot Multitasking capabilities Professionalism and Good organizational skills Able to find efficient solution to resolve issues quickly Customers & Results oriented Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) Bilingual (French & English)
