CEVA Logistics embauche un Specialiste en acquisition de talents. Le Specialiste en acquisition de talents gerera le processus de recrutement et de selection pour les postes d'entrepot, d'administration, de bureau, de vente, professionnels, techniques, de gestion et specifiques a l'industrie dans une region assignee afin de soutenir l'orientation strategique et les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise. Ce role vise a attirer et a retenir des candidats qualifies tout en assurant le respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des lois et reglements en matiere d'emploi. Le poste consiste a diriger les efforts de recrutement et a collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe des RH pour s'aligner sur les besoins de l'entreprise et adherer aux principes directeurs et aux valeurs fondamentales de l'entreprise.



QUE VAS-TU FAIRE?



Trouvez des candidats qualifies et diversifies par le biais du sourcing direct, du reseautage de l'industrie, des recommandations d'employes, de l'approvisionnement en ligne, des salons de l'emploi et des programmes collegiaux pour repondre aux besoins operationnels en matiere de dotation.

Affichez des offres d'emploi a l'interne et a l'externe en utilisant les lieux appropries pour attirer des candidats qualifies.

Effectuez des entrevues telephoniques pour evaluer les candidats potentiels.

Consultez les gestionnaires d'embauche pour comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise et du recrutement.

S'assurer que les candidats satisfont aux qualifications professionnelles et aux normes de l'entreprise.

Etablir des partenariats d'affaires avec des clients internes et des sources internes et externes afin de planifier et de prevoir efficacement les besoins futurs en personnel.

Utiliser le systeme de suivi des candidats et les dossiers de demande en conformite avec les exigences de l'egalite en emploi (EEO) et les politiques et procedures de l'entreprise, tout en respectant la confidentialite des informations personnelles, afin d'ameliorer l'identification, le suivi et la declaration des candidats qualifies.

Coordonner et assister aux fonctions de recrutement locales et a l'exterieur de la ville, au besoin.

Assurez-vous que tout le recrutement est effectue conformement a la politique de l'entreprise et aux lois et reglements en matiere d'emploi.

Effectuer d'autres taches assignees.

Capacite a communiquer et a interagir efficacement avec des milieux multifonctionnels et diversifies, ainsi qu'avec differents niveaux hierarchiques.

Excellentes competences organisationnelles avec la capacite de prioriser la charge de travail.

Capacite a respecter les delais et a terminer tous les projets en temps opportun.

Capacite de presenter efficacement l'information et de repondre aux questions de la direction, des employes et des fournisseurs.

Maitrise des systemes de suivi des candidats (ATS).

Competences demontrees en negociation avec la capacite d'influencer et de persuader les principaux intervenants dans les decisions d'embauche des candidats.

Solides competences en gestion du temps et en leadership avec capacite demontree a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois.

Capacite de traiter des documents et des renseignements sensibles et/ou confidentiels.



EXIGENCES:



Diplome d'etudes secondaires, baccalaureat de preference.

Experience du recrutement dans le domaine de la logistique ou de la chaine d'approvisionnement de preference.

Au moins trois ans d'experience en recrutement.

Solides competences interpersonnelles et de communication.

Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes et en analyse.

Doit etre capable de lire, d'ecrire et de communiquer couramment en anglais et en francais.

Maitrise de niveau intermediaire de Microsoft Office, d'Internet, du Web et des logiciels specifiques a l'emploi.

Option de travail hybride disponible apres 30 jours

CEVA Logistics is hiring a Professional Recruiter. The Professional Recruiter will manage the recruitment and selection process for warehouse, administrative, clerical, sales, professional, technical, management, and industry-specific positions in an assigned region to support the company's strategic direction and growth objectives. This role aims to attract and retain qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws and regulations. The position involves leading recruitment efforts and collaborating closely with the HR team to align with business needs and adhering to the company's guiding principles and core values.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Source qualified and diverse candidates through direct sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, job fairs, and college programs to meet operational staffing needs.

Post jobs internally and externally using appropriate venues for attracting qualified candidates.

Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate potential candidates.

Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs.

Ensure applicants satisfy job qualifications and company standards.

Develop business partnerships with internal customers, and internal and external sources to effectively plan for and project future staffing needs.

Utilize the applicant tracking system and application files in accordance with EEO requirements and company policies and procedures to enhance the identification, tracking, and reporting of qualified candidates.

Coordinate and attend local and out-of-town recruiting functions as needed.

Ensure all recruitment is performed in compliance with company policy and employment laws and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong time management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task.

Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.



REQUIREMENTS:



High School Degree or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience recruiting for logistics or supply chain arena preferred.

Minimum three years of recruiting experience.

United States recruiting experience is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and French.

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software.

Hybrid work option available after 60 days.
