Ergonofis est a la recherche d'un ou d'une Specialiste de l'excellence client (bilingue) agile et efficace pour se joindre a son equipe grandissante. Quelqu'un qui saura ameliorer l'experience et la satisfaction de sa clientele ainsi que la productivite et l'efficacite de departement d'experience client.
Responsabilites:
Prendre en charge le service client (Telephone, Courriels, Chat)
Assister les clients lors des achats
Assister les clients post-achat
Developper et maintenir une bonne relation avec les clients d'Ergonofis.
Lancer de nouvelles initiatives pour ameliorer le processus complet de l'experience client
Recueillir les commentaires des clients et fournir des contributions a l'equipe afin d'ameliorer les produits et l'experience client.
Exigences:
Bilinguisme (francais-anglais) tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral afin de pouvoir communiquer a nos clients partout au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.
Annees d'experience reliees a l'emploi : 2 ans et plus
Niveau d'etude : Diplome d'etude collegiale (DEC)
Attentionnes aux details, rigoureux, ordonne et autonome.
Initiative et passion a aider les gens
Experience en e-commerce (Shopify, Helpdesk, GSuite, etc)
Capacite a prioriser et a travailler sous pression
Statut de l'emploi : contrat 1 an a temps plein (seulement) pour remplacement durant conge de maternite mais avec possibilite de renouvellement.

Ergonofis is looking for an agile and efficient Customer Service Specialist (bilingual) to join its growing team. Someone who will be able to improve the customer's experience and satisfaction, as well as the productivity and efficiency of the customer service department.
Responsibilities:
Support customer service (Phone, Email, Chat)
Assist customers during purchases
Assist customers post-purchase
Develop the B2C customer service structure
B2C sales
Maintain a good relationship with Ergonofis customers
Launch new initiatives to improve the customer experience throughout the journey
Collect customer feedback and provide input to the team to help improve the product/experience
Requirements:
Bilingualism (French-English) both written and spoken to assist clients across Canada and the United-States
Years of experience related to the job: 2 years or more
Level of study: College diploma (DEC)
Attentive to detail, rigorous, orderly, and autonomous.
E-commerce experience (Shopify, Zendesk)
