Casa Mexico is a non for profit organization that promotes the best of Mexican culture, Latin American heritage and Spanish language.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our team as an Spanish Class Instructor. Tasks may include developing training courses and lesson plans, maintaining course archives, designing new approaches to training delivery, and advising the administration on the best ways to use technology in the classroom. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about helping others succeed and is confident in their ability to make a positive difference in the community.
We are looking for certified instructors with some passion for Latin American arts and culture.
Responsibilities:
Teach students the material covered in the syllabus. Write the syllabus. Monitor student progress and grade student assignments. Maintain professional standards and set a positive example for students. Implement professional development programs for colleagues. Use proper classroom management techniques. Implement innovative teaching methods.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
teaching: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Spanish Instructor Diploma or Certification (preferred)
