1. Assisting the space management team in maintaining a positive work environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring excellent experience for both our customers and team members.
2. Provide staff training and hands on experience on customer service, product knowledge, opening and closing tasks
3. Managing daily, weekly and monthly task list, ensuring all tasks are done as per business standard
4. Encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to the protocols and standards.
5. Supervise all functions of staff working under them. Including customer service practice, work commitment, food safety polices, health department policies and company policies are being adhered to.
6. Perform all Sales transaction, cash handling, customer registration, events booking including point of sales system opening and closing tasks.
7. Work in cafe (F&B) item preparation and service
8. Supervising/ managing staff shift as needed
9. Ability to work with Microsoft windows, Microsoft office
10. Ability to enforce business rules and regulation on customers and staff
11. Must have flexible availability to work in different shifts, morning, evening, weekend, or holidays or on call as needed. If not available daytime Monday through Fridays, please do not apply.
French speaking considered an asset.
Qualifications:
Supervisor: 2 to 4 years experience with 2 references in Moncton, NB
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures for handling financial transactions
