We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Hammam Specialist

to join our luxury beauty and wellness team at Meye Beaute Verte. As a Hammam Specialist, you will provide our clients with a traditional, high-end Hammam experience that includes black soap application, full-body exfoliation, clay masks, and natural mud wraps. Your role is to create a relaxing, respectful, and professional environment while delivering exceptional service and ensuring each guest feels refreshed and renewed.

The ideal candidate is attentive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, customer service, and cultural authenticity. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Perform a range of spa treatments including body scrubing, Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding individual needs and customizing treatments accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort. Engage with guests at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage guest inquiries professionally. Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and recommend suitable retail items to enhance their experience. Assist with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and handling guest requests efficiently. Promote spa services and retail products through upselling techniques while ensuring a positive guest experience. Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects the hospitality standards of the spa.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields within a spa or wellness setting. Skills in body treatments & body massage are highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to perform retail sales and product demos confidently while maintaining excellent guest relations. Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest comfort and satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a passion for health, wellness, and beauty is essential for success in this role. Pay: $16.10-$22.00 per hour
