Our Spa Associate/Supervisor is a critical link in ensuring that our customers\' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal, but not required.
Spa Associates/Supervisors are dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic leaders that seek out team training opportunities, implement client service programs and establish efficient processes that empower the team to achieve an outstanding client experience.
RREQUIREMENTS:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary
Operating Laundry Machines, putting in linen to wash, dry and fold.
Maintaining the spa and washrooms clean
Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
Display a positive, energetic attitude
Be a team player
Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
Perform various other duties as assigned
Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
Ability to multitask
Lead, coach, train and set expectations for a team of spa service professionals
Demonstrate ability to balance coaching with discipline
Deliver outstanding client experiences in spa services and retail operations
Manage, coach and train team on selling spa services and products to reach or exceed financial goals
Manage, coach and train team on cost management best practices
Manage administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience answering the phone/helping clients in-person
Minimum 2 years experience in spa or hospitality management
Excellent knowledge of spa services and retail operations
Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Ability to meet or exceed cost of goods sold goals
Strong desire to provide, train and deliver outstanding customer service
Deep knowledge and understanding of spa services and product line with strong capacity to sell these to clients
Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / split shifts and holidays
