We are looking for a qualified spa customer service to join our team. We are a growing wellness center operating in downtown Calgary. As the spa customer service, you will work closely with customers to book appointments and address their needs and requests. Respond to queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing long-term customer care, bookings, and scheduling. Knowledgeable and proficient with computers, mobile devices (comfortable using android, Windows). Training for company specific software will be provided. We have processes and systems in place so that you don\'t have to figure things out on your own; your ability to follow protocol, instructions and document events is important. Punctuality and reliability are critical to our customers, team members and the wellness center. Available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - 3 on and 4 days off (10 hour days). Ability to work in high pace situations - requiring ability to prioritize and multi-task. Possess leadership skills (we want you to grow!). Responsibilities: *Greet clients and provide instructions upon arrival. *Answer calls and booking appointments (99% of calls are hot calls - meaning you just need to find a way to book clients in - find a time or create opportunities to book clients in at all time). *Follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner. *Uphold scheduled appointments by keeping service providers on time. *Manage and nurture existing customers to achieve long-term relationship. *Develop positive relationships with clients. *Act as the point of liaison and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 individual needs. *Generate new business with existing and potential customers (client inquiries). *Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. *Make recommendations to improve our services, sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. *Rearrange schedule to accommodate appointments. *Carry out opening and closing procedures. *Monitor and assist with ongoing quality assurance by service providers. *Order and maintain adequate supplies for daily operations (weekly, monthly, quarterly). *Keep the front area and spa organized, clean and tidy. *Handle all financial transactions (TOS) throughout the day. *Assist team where needed or when service providers fall behind. (Laundry and light cleaning will be part of the tasks.) We will not be a good fit if you are not able to: *Follow instructions. *Meet timely deadline of tasks. *Cannot commit for one-year minimum. *Temp work - we are looking for a long-term commitment for an eventual full-time position.
