Spa Receptionist

to be the calm, friendly face that welcomes every guest to our award-winning lakeside spa.

About the Role

As our Spa Receptionist, you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You'll warmly greet guests, manage appointments, provide spa tours, and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs. You'll work closely with our spa therapists and leadership team to ensure each guest enjoys a relaxing and personalized wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival. Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using the Spa Booker system. Provide spa tours and locker assignments. Process payments and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Share detailed information about spa treatments and retail offerings. Handle special requests with care and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and calming reception area. Assist with administrative or operational tasks as assigned by Spa leadership.

Qualifications & Competencies

Strong communication and organizational skills. Service-focused with a passion for wellness. Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Proficient in English and Microsoft Office; Spa Booker experience is an asset. Previous spa, wellness, or hospitality experience is preferred. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work permit (if applicable). Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
