The Role:

We are excited to open our brand-new wellness center in Toronto, and we're looking for a Spa Receptionist to be part of this launch. As the first face clients see, you'll create a warm and professional welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. You'll manage check-ins, guide clients at the start of their journey, and handle check-outs and payments with care. Your knowledge of our services and commitment to customer care will be essential in making every visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the company's standards of luxury, glamour, warmth, energy, and accommodation. Possess a strong customer service mentality, with experience catering to high-end clientele. Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing, and personable demeanor. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Be able to listen to client's questions, anticipate their needs, and satisfy every inquiry. Demonstrate the ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work quickly and efficiently. Be courteous and respectful to visitors, clients, co-workers, and managers. Take responsibility for the presentation and appearance of the reception area. Build gift packages for clients and perform other tasks as needed. Operate the company's unique reservation system.

Who you are:

2 years of experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality, fitness or wellness industries is required. Experience in a luxury business and/or spa preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs. Organized and capable of following detailed instructions. Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Amidst the timeless charm of Toronto's Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company. Built in 1912 and later designated a heritage site, its original wood structure and towering pillars remain, preserving the character of its storied past that once held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.


Honoring its literary and industrial past, the space is adorned with vintage books, printing presses which are subtle echoes of its history. AIRE Toronto offers a unique experience with a dry sauna and a Palestra, an indoor/outdoor bath area seamlessly connected to the interior through two jet baths, creating a tranquil escape where past and present merge in perfect harmony.
