Job Brief:

Hockley Valley Resort is seeking an energetic Front Desk Receptionist. This position includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally, the Front Desk Representative assists with transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation area as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, provide accurate information about spa services, and schedule appointments. Process payments and maintain records of transactions. Maintain a clean and inviting reception area for guests. Inform clients about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs. Assist with managing guest records and ensuring returning clients receive appropriate benefits. Notify staff of appointment changes, cancellations, and walk-in clients. Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality. Open and close the spa according to operational hours. Manage visitor logs and ensure smooth front desk operations. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns, escalating as needed.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and appointment booking software. Knowledge of beauty and wellness products is an asset. Weekend availability is required.

Pay: $18.60 per hour
