We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be available evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage appointments , both in person and over the phone
Handle client check-ins and check-outs
Answer questions about our services, products, and spa policies
Process payments, and maintain accurate records
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Other tasks may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Team player with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset
Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
