As the ideal candidate for the Spa Team, you are enthusiastic, have great communication, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail. We seek out individuals who are compassionate team players to support a positive and healthy work environment by maintaining high professional and serene standards.Job Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Booking spa appointments
• Knowledge of resort spa services and all retail products
• Following protocols with guest check in/out
• Maintenance and stocking change rooms, lounges, and pool facilities
• Oversee retail stock is prices, filled, faced and rotated
• Merchandising and setting retail displays
• Assisting guests with retail inquiries and clothing try-ons
