Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell products will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure availability of popular items. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in sales or technical sales is advantageous, as it enhances the ability to upsell products effectively.
