We are seeking an experienced
Spa Manager
to lead our team of skilled therapists, estheticians, and front-of-house staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service in a serene and luxurious environment. We are looking for a Spa Manager that is also an Aesthetician to help train and support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
Oversee a team of spa professionals, including therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent high-quality service.
Client Relations:
Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Handle client feedback, complaints, and concerns with professionalism.
Operations & Scheduling:
Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling appointments, managing treatment rooms, ensuring supplies and equipment are well-maintained, and coordinating staff coverage.Monitor and manage the spa's budget, including revenue and expenses. Track sales performance, manage inventory, and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize profitability.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions, seasonal offerings, and partnerships to attract new clients and retain loyal ones.Ensure all treatments, services, and spa facilities follow health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards.Handle booking systems, client records, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

3+ years of experience in spa management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness services, and the luxury spa market.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets and meeting financial targets.
Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Familiarity with spa management software and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of the local Toronto/Yorkville area and its high-end clientele is an asset.
