, offering premium hair, skin, and wellness services. We're looking for a motivated

bilingual Spa Consultant (Mandarin/English)

to help lead daily operations, grow our team, and support business development.

Base Salary:

Starting at

$36,000/year

+

sales commission and performance bonuses

Schedule:

Weekdays and weekends (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest consultations and service recommendations Manage day-to-day spa operations, including reception, appointments, and inventory

Recruit, hire, and train new staff members

to ensure quality and consistency

Participate in business strategy and growth planning

with management Set and monitor sales targets, track performance, and drive team motivation Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming spa environment Ensure adherence to company policies, cleanliness standards, and client satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Bilingual in

Mandarin and English

(Cantonese is a strong asset) Minimum

2 years experience

in a

spa, salon, or beauty/management/consultant role

Proven ability to

lead teams

, train staff, and achieve sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, proactive, and results-driven with attention to detail Passionate about beauty, wellness, and customer care
