Responsibilities:
-Perform Clients consultations and General Sales
-Development of performance targets and analysis, monthly and annual goals
-Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on achieving financial goals
-Manage day to day operation of the spa, including reception, reservations; Quality control including spa service and cleanliness.
-Model the brand, values and lifestyle and maintain a professional image at all times; build an effective network within the local market.
-Ensure medical staff are adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the department's programs and procedures.
-Ensure team members are engaged and morale is high within the department; communicate necessary information to all team members and conducts weekly team member meetings.
Requirements:
-Candidates with experience in aesthetics or retail sales will be preferred
-Knowledge of spa products, aesthetic cosmetic procedures
-Experience and passion for aesthetics and knowledgeable of all medical spa services
-Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service
-Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills
-Able to work weekends and evenings
-Energetic and a proven track record of success in sales, with full knowledge of the sales process to closing the sale
-Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Proficiency in English is a must
Compensation package:
Base salary plus commission, with a competitive remuneration structure and generous incentive programs. Specific salary to be discussed.
