About the Role

We're looking for a

friendly, professional, and energetic Host

to join our opening team at SISU Spa.

As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for guests -- setting the tone for their visit, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and supporting the overall flow of operations. You'll help create an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and organized.

This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality and wellness.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage bookings, payments, and schedule changes through our spa software. Guide guests through their visit and explain spa procedures or amenities. Maintain a tidy and serene reception area. Support the team with daily cleaning and restocking tasks. Communicate guest feedback to supervisors promptly and thoughtfully. Assist in preparing rooms between appointments. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

About You

Friendly, calm, and approachable with great communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment. Passionate about health, wellness, and creating outstanding guest experiences. Comfortable using computer booking or POS systems (training provided).
