Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Supervisor, the Spa Concierge plays a crucial role in in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that all guests have a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.



Shifts:

Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends.

Wage:

$20 per hour



Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Reception

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the spa. Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable. Address guest inquiries and concerns about services, products, and amenities. Provide information on treatments, spa packages, promotions, and policies. Efficiently check guests in and out of the spa, handling payments, billing, and any required documentation. Collect and report guest feedback, both positive and negative, to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency

Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments for spa services, ensuring accurate and timely bookings. Work closely with spa therapists, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest service. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional materials, brochures, and necessary spa items.

Sales & Marketing

Promote and sell spa products and services, recommending packages and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products is a plus. Proficiency in computer systems and booking software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
