Welcome Victoria's only specialty salon, spa, and celebration space for kids aged 0 to 14. At Lizzy Lee & Me, every service is designed to celebrate self-expression, kindness, and fun - from haircuts to birthdays and giggle-powered spa experiences.

We believe every child deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and completely themselves, and that's exactly what we deliver, one glitter braid and belly laugh at a time. (Fair warning: you will find glitter in your shoes. It's part of the charm.)

The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, positive Polly (or Paul!) to join our team as a Receptionist & Spa Concierge. You'll be the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door, setting the tone for a fun, unforgettable experience. Think of yourself as part front desk hero, part party coordinator, part tiny human hype squad.

From greeting families and booking appointments to painting tiny nails, helping with parties, and spreading good vibes, no two days are ever the same.

If you love kids, thrive in a fast-paced, laughter-filled environment, and can stay organized even when someone's singing "Golden" for the third time today, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Greet guests with a warm smile (and possibly a twirl of glitter). Book salon, spa, and party appointments with care and enthusiasm. Keep the front desk running smoothly, you're the heartbeat of the salon! Assist with spa services and birthday party setups (cue dance party). Recommend fun add-ons and products to enhance each visit. Check guests out through our POS system (bonus points if you can count cash and sing along to Taylor Swift at the same time). Maintain a clean, organized, and happy environment. Keep things running on time, from schedules to smiles. Once trained, perform ear piercings for guests ages 3+. Be a proud Lizzy Lee brand ambassador (both in the salon and out in the wild).

Who You Are

You radiate good energy and genuinely love spreading happiness. You're reliable, organized, and handle chaos with grace (and maybe a latte). You connect easily with both parents and kids. You're comfortable working weekdays and weekends (weekends are our sparkle prime time!) You're a true team player who jumps in wherever needed. Experience in beauty, customer service, or kids' activities is awesome, but personality and heart are what really make you shine.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
