Why this role is significant

As a Spa Attendant, you bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency, playing a crucial part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa and outdoor poolside areas, ensuring overall satisfaction of our guests, exceeding expectations every time.

A day in the life

Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting our guests upon arrival. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas including poolside, lounge, pedicure suite, changing rooms, staff room, and treatment rooms. Prepare lockers with the highest attention to detail including welcome notes, chocolates, towels, robes, and sandals. Prepare treatment rooms including bedding, diffusers, linen, products, and set overall ambience. Monitor, organize, and restock dispensary supplies. Maintain a tidy poolside area by clearing tables, glassware, and garbage. Fold and organize robes, ensuring a polished presentation. Clean and organize sandals for guests. Provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service to guests. Respond promptly to requests and anticipate needs. Provide efficient and attentive lounge and poolside drink service. Gather laundry and transport to the laundry room as needed. Support Coordinators, Practitioners, and Supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.

You possess a strong work ethic and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You always bring a neat, clean, and friendly appearance, along with a smile. You are confident in your decision-making abilities and proactively anticipates guests needs. You have reliable transportation to and from Brentwood Bay. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience working with guests in a hospitality or spa setting is a bonus. Ability to perform physical work and stand for long periods of time.
