The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. Spa Associates are responsible for warmly greeting clients in person and via telephone, booking appointments, file maintenance and selling memberships, service upgrades and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone Check in clients through booking system Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
Various other duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of or willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft and basic cash / credit card transaction requirements Outstanding customer service skills Excellent personal appearance Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Punctual and reliable
