SUMMARY:

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stittsville is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health and wellness. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 500 North American locations, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.



We are seeking a key player who thrives in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link by contributing to our customers receiving nothing short of an exceptional spa experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Display a positive, energetic attitude Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills Perform various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years experience working in a customer service or membership-driven environment Experience working in a sales and/or hospitality environment is considered an asset Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed Ability to multitask Ability to work as a team player and independently
