The Opportunity:
Under SellOffVacations, we are looking for a Travel Expert to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a results and detail-oriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base. The position reports to the Selling Supervisor/Branch Manager and will be located at our retail store in Cambridge.
What You'll Do:
Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base
Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e., detailed travel documentation, etc.)
Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking
Assist in the resolution of client complaints
Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy
Work closely with Consumers, Tour Operators, and various Internal Support departments
What You'll Need:
Experience as a Travel Counsellor
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Provincial certification
