Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experiences.

Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to uphold high standards of food quality and hospitality. Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Develop staff schedules, conduct training, and foster a positive work environment. Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests while maintaining loyal customers. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all restaurant activities. Handle customer feedback professionally to continually improve service quality.'

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine or culinary arts is preferred.

Excellent communication and team-building skills. Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and operational procedures effectively. Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings is advantageous. Food safety certification is required. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $40,346.54-$66,251.98 per year
