We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to join Executive Chef Frank Dodd's culinary team. The Sous Chef is accountable for providing leadership in the kitchen, including training and developing the team, assisting in the development and delivery of a high-quality food program, representing the kitchen at internal and external functions, and acting as Manager on Duty ("MOD") when the Executive Chef is out of the kitchen.
