Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training in food preparation techniques. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food handling and safety procedures are followed meticulously. Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items that align with restaurant concepts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food service operations. Familiarity with restaurant management practices and food industry standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Knowledge of food handling procedures and commitment to food safety practices. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable.
