Description:
Workplace Options is seeking a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role researches and enrolls qualified counseling into WPOs network mental health benefit. The Bilingual Sourcing Specialist will utilize online databases to recruit providers based upon service priorities. This position is a hybrid role with working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit providers into the Counseling EAP Network.
- Screen provider candidates to ensure they meet criteria for the WPO Network.
- Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness.
- Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
- Proactively manage caseload.
- Complete all tasks promptly and according to the production and quality guidelines set by management.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security requirements globally.
- Respond to provider inquiries within the specified turnaround times.
- Schedule: Hybrid 9AM to 5:30PM EST
