Sonora Dunes Golf Course is building a new team for its restaurant, Dune Dogs, and we need a strong Manager to run daily operations (including food/beverage preparation/execution) and lead the team.

: Sonora Dunes Golf Course General Manager & Ownership Group

Remuneration:

Salary commensurate with experience ($20-25/hr)

What You'll Be Doing:

Whipping up Dune Dogs' signature hot dogs and to perfection Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action Following food safety guidelines (because safe food = happy customers!) Helping with prep work and making sure the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine Bringing energy and teamwork to keep the good times rolling, even during a rush

What We're Looking For:

Previous food prep and line cook experience required

--we need someone who can jump right in! Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-moving kitchen A team player with great communication skills Food Safe certification (or willing to get it!) Passion for awesome food and a great attitude
