We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using pen and paper. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, and dining areas throughout the shift. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.65-$17.79 per hour
