This position works with business partners across multiple business functions to align technology solutions. This role provides support during all phases of integrations/testing. This position assists with issue resolution that comes up during integration/onboarding. This role supports customer needs, facilities communication with integration stakeholders, participates in solutioning, and handles any reporting that may arise during the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Confirms the accuracy of data and formulas to ensure data integrity is not compromised
Compares, contrasts, and analyzes data to ensure critical performance elements are identified.
Identifies trends in historical reports and dissects data to identify potential causes for performance fluctuations.
Collaborates with the integration team to understand customer objectives and business challenges.
Participates in integration testing and helps to identify issues, ensures that the solution meets standards, and ensures effectiveness of the solution.
Assists in conducting root cause analysis of issues, identifies key and recurring problems, and provides solutions to prevent recurrence.
Assists in developing training materials for related groups (e.g., Sales, other Business Development groups, etc.) and new Customer Solutions team members to provide clear instruction on the steps involved in developing and implementing customer solutions.
Manages Solutions and Solutions-supported collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint) to meet maintenance requirements and address business needs in the field.
Documents and reports updates to integration/sales pipeline report to track customer activity/integration status/project status.
Requirements
Previous experience in IT and/or engineering -
Required
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft SQL -
Required
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration -
Preferred
Knowledge of API Integration and Guidewire Policy Center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
